Dr. Amruta Pingale

Ayurvedic doctor · Yoga therapist · Mind–body clinician for women’s hormones

Most women don’t need another vague “wellness tip.” They need a clinician who can read the body, the cycle and the stress load—then give a plan they can actually follow.

Portrait of Dr. Amruta Pingale

15+ years helping women feel like themselves again

For more than fifteen years, Dr. Amruta has sat with women who were told “your labs are fine” while their periods, sleep, weight and mood said otherwise.

Her work is not about chasing one symptom. It’s about reconnecting body, mind and daily routine—so hormones have a chance to settle.

Qualifications (in plain English)

Letters after a name only help if you know what they mean. Here’s what hers stand for.

  • PGDEMS Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services — clinical emergency training.
  • DPCh Diploma in Child Health — paediatric-focused clinical training.
  • M.A. Yogashastra Master’s-level yoga studies — yoga therapy grounded in classical training.
  • Diploma in Ayurvedic Psychotherapy Mind–body counselling skills so stress, emotion and hormones are not treated as separate silos.

She focuses on women’s hormonal and stress-related concerns—especially when “one specialist at a time” is not enough.

Consultation methodology

Here’s what happens when you book—online or in Kalyan. No mystery. No “just drink this tea.”

  1. Listen to your story Health history, cycle patterns, sleep, stress, digestion and what you’ve already tried.
  2. Understand your constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalance Ayurveda gives a lens; your labs and medical care still matter.
  3. Build a personalised plan Diet and lifestyle rhythms, yoga therapy where useful, mindfulness tools, and Ayurvedic guidance suited to you.
  4. Follow up Plans only work if they fit real life—so adjustments are part of the care.

What a consult is not: an emergency service, a replacement for your gynaecologist/endocrinologist, or a promise to “cure” a diagnosed disease. It is complementary wellness support.
